British Tapestry Exhibition at the Dovecot Studios Edinburgh, 10 Infirmary St, Edinburgh EH1 1LT
This looks like an interesting exhibition for anyone interested in this type of textile work.
They offer free tours of the Balcony exhibition and the tapestry studio below.on Wednesdays 1.30.
They are run by volunteers. You can book onto one of these tours . We could do this after Christmas as it runs to 14th Feb 2026. Min 4 members to make it a social event!

How about a stroll in Saughton Park? From Roseburn Bridge to the 4 Square Cafe in the Park?

Visit to Forth Valley Sensory Centre
We have an open invitation to arrange a group visit to the Forth Valley Sensory Centre at Camelon, near Falkirk. The Centre serves people with a hearing and/or visual loss and can show visitors a number of devices that can help with hearing. See more here.
